No — a WhatsApp number can only be used in one workflow at a time.

❓ Can I change the WhatsApp number in a workflow later?

No — to use a different number, you must delete the workflow and create a new one.

❓ Is a Google Ads Account Number required?

No — it’s optional and purely a label for organizing your workflows.

❓ Can I skip workflows?

No — at least one workflow is required. You cannot generate a button or track WhatsApp leads without creating a workflow.

❓ Do I have to connect Google Sheets?

Not mandatory unless:

  • You want offline conversions → Connect Conversion Sheet
  • You want automatic lead/click export → Connect Leads/Clicks Sheet
