Viewing and Exporting Leads

Learn how to access and export WhatsApp leads tracked by WAConversionTracking.

The Leads Dashboard in WAConversionTracking provides both a real-time log of all tracked WhatsApp messages and a visual analytics summary of your campaign performance.

Key Metrics at the Top:

  • Total Leads – Total number of valid WhatsApp conversations tracked
  • New Leads (Today) – Leads received in the current calendar day
  • Conversion Rate – % of all WhatsApp messages that qualified as conversions
  • Time to Convert – Average time from first click to message being sent

Visual Charts:

  • Daily Leads Graph – Track trends over time to see which days drive the most chats
  • Lead URLs Pie Chart – Shows which landing pages (referrers) are generating the most tracked leads

Below the analytics, you’ll see a searchable table of every individual lead captured:

Use the search bar to quickly find leads by:

  • UID
  • Phone number
  • GCLID
  • Display name
  • Source page

πŸ“€ Exporting Leads

Click the β€œExport Leads” button at the top right to download your data as a CSV file.

Leads are also automatically synced to the Google Sheet connected to the workflow they belong to.

Once you have integrated your WAct account with Google Sheets all lead data will automatically be uploaded to the sheet called β€œLeads”

To review lead quality, match leads against your Google Ads campaigns by GCLID and referrer. You can also use filters to identify which landing pages drive the most high-quality leads.
