Troubleshooting Untracked Leads

Learn how to diagnose why a WhatsApp message didn’t appear in your lead log or was not counted as a conversion.

If you’re seeing WhatsApp messages come through but they’re not being tracked, here’s what to check:

🧪 How to Manually Test

  1. Visit your landing page with a ?gclid=testgclid123 at the end
  1. Click your WhatsApp button
  1. Send the message
  1. Open your WAConversionTracking dashboard
  1. Look for a new lead with UID + GCLID + message content
