Creating a Workflow

How to Create a New Workflow

1. Go to the Workflows tab

2. Click “New Workflow”

3. Enter:
• Workflow Name (for your reference)
• WhatsApp Account (must already be added under WhatsApp Accounts)
• Google Ads Account Number (optional – for labeling only)

4. Click Create Workflow

📌 Notes

• Each WhatsApp number can only belong to one workflow.

• Once assigned, the WhatsApp number cannot be changed for that workflow.

• You must assign a WhatsApp number (can defer selection at creation but must assign before use).
